    • Yes, you are right Unni. Nokia will definitely get some serious dose of competition from Micromax in at least Windows Phone series. But no doubt after sales service of Nokia is much better than Micromax. Micromax have to improve on its after sales service in order to compete with other reputed brands.

      • i have recently heard that xolo has also revealed their windows phone. Xolo Win Q900 … but micromax and xolo after sales service is poor. thats just the flaw.. otherwise the specs are pretty impressive.

        • Hello Unni and welcome back.

You are right, Xolo has also announced its Windows Phone “Xolo Win Q900” and it’s priced around Rs.9599 at Flipkart. Until and unless both the companies (Xolo and Micromax) provide good after sales service they won’t be able to get sufficient sales for high end devices. Though the specifications are good but as you said poor ‘after sales service’ is the flaw. Lava is providing some better after sales service to it’s customers. In the end the winner will be the one who provide good after sales support.
